    any of LTJ Bukem mixes are good for all kind of exercising, working out, relaxation, all that.  progressions sessions, logical progression, ect esp the ones with mc conrad b/c you know his lyrics keep you on a positive mind state.  The older the better, but the newer ones that are easier to find are still real good imo.
