    Other Music (NYC): www.othermusic.com, any of the various Kim's
    outlets in NYC (don't have the web info handy), Forced Exposure,
    Aquarius etc. Other and FEx want $30, Aquarius $28. Order it
    from Japan and save some money!!! ;-)
