Dude, chill. I have been on this list since 1993 and ever since that time
members of this list (the Acid Jazz list) have a right to post their
band/DJ gigs/appearances (provided you list the city name in the subject
line :)). So the people on the list who make or play music have the right
to promote ourselves on the list. Our list moderator can even vouch for that.
As long as it's irrelevant spam or something horribly off-topic it's
acceptable.
