I salute the Clash for injecting Reggae Rhythms into their music and I also
salute Clapton for having the foresight to remake "I shot the Sheriff"
opening the world up to Bob Marley. Though Reggae may have been well known
in other areas of the world I can tell you without a doubt where I grew up
it wasn't well known a'tall. It was bands like The Clash, The Police, and
artists like Eric Clapton, Joe Walsh and Elvis Costello who opened ears up
    to the mysticism of Skank.

Merry Christmas and a Very Reggae New Year!!!,
