since some of you probably use PayPal, I wanted to
send this out, just in case it affects you as well.

I checked my PayPal account to see what current
transactions I needed to clear and approve of, and the
amount I had was a bit less than what I remembered it.
I looked at all of my transactions, and it seems that
I made a $19.95 payment for a one-month subscription
to Drewnet, Inc., who runs proadult.com
While I personally have nothing against adult sites or
adult subject matter, I've never visited proadult.com,
nor have a heard of a company called Drewnet. The
transaction also states it was made at a time when I
was asleep. I immediately cancelled it, and wrote to
the e-mail addresses in the hopes of getting an
explanation, and a response.

Drewnet is based in Tampa, Florida. Yet in my PayPal
transaction, the phone number has an area code of 818,
which I believe is California. But look at the
administrative contact, and it's in Panama.
I know some of you have PayPal, and while I'm sure
most of you are safe from this, maybe you weren't. So
I suggest you look in your PayPal accounts and see if
you have any recent transactions from a Drewnet.
