    Go-Go in general didn't translate well to 12" singles. Most of the
    distribution happened on cassette ... 2 hour shows.... often on long jam that
    weaved popular r&b tunes, tv themes (inspector gadget was HUGE) and
    neighborhood shout outs ... A project to collect and release these tapes on CD
    would be HUGE ...

    only label names I can think of are T.T.E.D. and Liason Distribution ... maybe
    they're still arounf
