Part one in the books, and as I look over the list I'm
amazed at how much great music came out this year.
Tune in tonight for part two including our traditional
top five countdown at the end of the show. On the
party tip, I'm very excited about our "Love Unlimited"
party this Friday at the Mockingbird(580 King St
west). Steve Yanko, Dee Jay Nav, Paul E Lopes and
myself are digging deep into our crates to play our
favourite classic disco, soul and funk, alongside
today's best classic re-edits. Should be a lot of
fun. Also, Nav and I welcome local faves Dino and
Terry to our weekly Shifting Gears boogie this
Saturday night. Email back if you'd like to be down
on the guest list. Until next week, keep your feet
firmly planted on that Higher Ground! JP
