Crate Soul Brothers newsletter #74: New love to offer you

    Newsflash 18.01.2001

    Dear friends,

Not a week, but a whole month has gone since our last newsletter. Also we are in a
brand new year now, with lots of new plans and lots of new duties. Still we have
to get rid of some old ones, that's why we haven't given a sign so far in 2002.
Unfortunately I didn't have an internet connection in the last week either, so I
had to realise how addictive dope the net can be and how one can suffer if he
    doesn't get his regular joint.

Those lucky people who get the Cukipapa (cukipapa@chello.at) circular already know
how great fun we had on New Year's Eve with all our friends at Rigoletto
(http://www.rigoletto.hu). People say it was the best party in town and we know
what they say. If you want to check the vibe click to the radio's site
(http://tilos.hu) and add lots of beautiful ladies and tasty cocktails. Once again
thanks for uncle Tom Wieland and Alan Brown for coming over and mucho greetings to
    Pia and Tanja, too!

Well, this one will be a short newsletter as well (sorry, Christina, I promise
next time we'll write at least four pages! :))). But before you get your portion
of short reading, I have to say thank you to all the labels and friends who keep
us feeding with the new stuff. Here's what we can offer you in the new year:

    "Offering

We have something to offer you.
We have something to offer you.
We have music to offer you.

    Spirits may come into view,
    spirits may come into view.
We have spirit to offer you.

Seasons may change and feelings may change
    but music remains.
Seasons may change and feelings may change
    but music remains
    and it heals you.

We have something to offer you,
We have something to offer you.
We have new love to offer you.

Lyrics: Gil Scott-Heron, music: Brian Jackson; from the album Midnight Band - The
First Minute of a New Day (Arista Records - 1974)

This song is the intro of the album with the most beautiful cover (painted
Gorilla!) which I got as Xmas present from my old friend Shuriken. He's back to
London and I miss him already so much.

Keep on offering music and love till next time!
