    List.

    Abstract/Downtempo/Leftfield: Nice new single from new Swedish label
    Music For Dreams by Banzai Republic, loungey new promo 12" by Ben &
    Jason on Go-Beat, killer new 12" from Nude by Gavin Froome and Ed Swanks
    with remixes by Jaffa and Hidden Agenda, new Geb.el album on Mole, the
    latest Fabric mix CD done by James Lavelle now in, limited promo 12"
    from Lupine Howl (2 guys from indie rockers Spiritualized) remixed by
    Massive Attack's 3D, new Sharon Jones 7" on Daptone (crowned the new
    queen of soul by Big Daddy magazine), excellent "Inside:03" compilation
    from Poets Club Records, the new Talkin' Loud CD only compilation "Long
    Time Dead" with mostly new cuts from Zero 7, Krust, Ed Case, Raw Deal,
    MJ Cole and lots more (we also have a limited sampler 12" from the CD as
    well), and the "Sincerely Yours" compilation from Klein is now in on
    "special edition DJ vinyl". Also the latest "Abstract Funk Theory" mix
    CD is in this week featuring a very electic mix from Faze Action and the
    "In The Beginning There Was Rhythm" compilation of funk influenced
    post-punk from Soul Jazz.

    Beats 'N' Breaks: New Ben Human 12" "Stonefox" on Unique, new Jadell 12"
    on Ultimate Dilemma called "Inside Looking Out", new Lo-Fidelity
    AllStars 12" on Skint, funky electro 10" from Prof Smith out on new San
    Fran label Voltage Music, new Skelf (aka Howie B) 12" on Mo' Wax,
    finished copies of the latest T-Power 12" "Dangerous (Remixes)", and
    Vandal's "Delivering the Goods" on Plastic Raygun (getting played by Mr
    Scruff and Andrew Weatherall).

    Drum & Bass: New Mad Vibes 12" from Germany, some "intelligent" d'n'b
    from Pieter K, Total Science's "Juicy Fruit" remixed by Calibre (and b/w
    a Total Science remix of Marcus Intalex & ST Files' "Warp 3"), the
    "Renegades Of Funk" compilation from Renegade Recordings (the CD is
    mixed by Peshay), and the incredibly cheap (but excellent) "Urban Drum &
    Bass" CD from State Of The Art with cuts from Solid State, Jennifer
    Bolton and more.

    Hip Hop: No big hip hop releases this week.

    House: Two new ATFC 12"s on Defected this week, new Bang The Party 12"
    on Classic, new Knee Deep 12" on Fluential, new Liquid People single
    that samples the Talking Heads, new Los Chicarrones 12" on Voodoo, and
    the new Trouble Man (aka Mark Pritchard) 12" on Far Out.

    Nu Jazz/Broken Beat: Excellent debut 10" single from San Fran's Voltage
    Music done by DJ Tomas (of the Umoja crew and also managing editor of
    Xlr8r magazine) under the name Double Identity, dope new Funky Lowlives
    12" on Stereo Deluxe featuring remixes by Richard Dorfmeister and Boozoo
    Bajou, funky broken beat from Jaam with remixes from Alex Attias (with
    Jessica Lauren on keys) and Rollercone, new Mark Force (aka G-Force)
    single on Bitasweet, new Karma Giraffe (formerly Dynamite Joint) single
    by Pael Black with guest musicians from Da Lata, KV5 and Smoke City,
    nice new Vanessa Simon remix 12", topnotch label compilation CD from
    FreeRange called "All Our Eggs In One Basket" with cuts from Jimpster,
    Audiomontage, Square One and more, and the new Surplus 12" by Wah-Chu-Ku
    (aka Attica Blues) called "You Know".

    2-Step/UK Garage: Nice white label 2-step remix of Pink's "Get The Party
    Started" and a tasty Zoom & DBX remix on the flipside to Smokin' Beats
    new 12" "Jazz House".

    Other: New issues of DJ Magazine and Jockey Slut.
