    Tech house is basically a combination of the two. Its house tracks with
    techier snares and kicks and things like that. Tracks that have that house
    feel to them (i.e. - some sort of organic flow remains) but the familiar
    instruments (strings, keys, guitars, real bass lines) are replaced with the
    more machine like tech sounds. Tech house usually ends up being more minimal
    than regular house or techno.
