    Hey there,=20

some of you may know but several weeks ago the station at which I had =
done a radio show for 19 1/2 years suddenly decided to go to an all-news =
and public affairs format which meant dripping substantially ALL of the =
music at the station. I am solicitng your support and asking you to =
write a letter, drop a line, send an email to California State =
University asking them to at least reconsider some of what they have =
done. They can have all the NPR programming they need during the day but =
we want to reinstall some of the locally-produced music shows the =
station had before, we think this an entirely reasonable request, there =
are many sources of music and very few shows like mine playing the kind =
of music that is hard to find anywhere. Please send your words to the =
following please and thank you for your support. You can express your =
opinion about this even though you do not live within earshot although =
many of you listened via the internet. It seems a shame to lose the =
music, seeing as it is the food of love and it is also a cross-cultural =
necessity in this time when we need to understand each other

I really do appreciate your writing and you can check out our site at =
www.kazucommunity.org to get a better picture of the situationand what =
we are fighting for. I am pretty sure that I was the only DJ in my area =
maybe on of the few on the west coast who was supporting people like =
Greg Long and whoever else I could support. we need this kind of =
programming on the air and I am prepared to fight for it, thank you for =
    your support
