    Anyway I caught the show. The Thievery dudes performed "Richest Man in
    Babylon" and were backed-up by an 8-piece band - 2 percussionists, 3 horn
    players, a bassist, a guitarist and a vocalist. Garza played keyboards and
    Hilton was on the turntables.
    Oh yeah, and Conan O'Brien in introducing Thievery actually said the words
    "Acid Jazz" :) ("My next guests are considered pioneers in the world of
    trip-hop and acid jazz....")

    Okay, maybe AJ isn't that dead after all...heheh.

    It was cool to see them play live....better that the first time I ever saw
    them live (they had a couple MCs on stage and Andrew Hilton sat on a lounge
    chair, sipping a martini while occasionally changing levels on a mixer
    while their tune was played back on DAT).
