Haven't heard the Trüby trio yet, but looking forward to it. Did you see
they've released a promotional Trüby Trio wine (Rainer you wine geek!,
    hehe).

Anyway, yeah, we're raving. Caught the Matthew Herbert Big Band live at the
Queen Elizabeth Hall in London a couple of months ago and cliche: the best
I've ever seen... and I've sure seen a lot. It was gorgeously entrancing and
a real testament to MHs talent. They were tearing up copies of the Sun
newspaper on stage (obviously with Tony Blair on the front page) and MH was
sampling his teeth. Magical. Haven't heard the album yet (as the vinyl is
    delayed as usual), but anxious...

Feelin The Detroit Experiment album, some songs are a little too polished
and round jazz-funky for me (Church and Too high for example and aren't some
tracks very bo Stief/John Scofield type thing), but Midnight at the Twenty
Grand and Think twice are definetly doing it for me. An all-round good
    album...
