We have two amazing guests this week. The first half hour of the show is
mixed by Grand Central Records head Jon Kennedy, while I mix the next half
hour. The second hour of the broadcast features one of our good friends DJ
Phrenic.

Almost certainly one of the 3 most talented men in all of Stockport. Jon is
a man on a musical mission. What the end result may be remains a bit of a
mystery, not least to the man himself but rest assured it includes an
enormous bag of breath-takingly beautiful tunes, copious rump-shakingly fine
dancefloor corkers and a hatful of innovative ideas bordering on musical
genius. He's certainly a talented chap. His DJ style is varied but always
geared to the floor. Jon is a resident at Grand Central's legendary "Friends
and Family" night in Manchester and can be found DJing at various clubs and
bars around the UK on a monthly and weekly basis.

He is a great selector of music. Having been with the Down Low crew for some
time and visiting the Red BUll Music Academy last year in South Africa,
Phrenic brings us the latest in broken soul tech sounds. Quote from the
artist: "I have to apologize for some of the sloppiness in the mix. This was
due to tha f**kin neighbor next door banging on my walls as I was recording
it. It made the record skip on many of the mixes not to mention startling me
half the time. arghhh it was so frustrating!!!"
