Big thanks to everyone who dialed and donated last week! Because of your
generous support it was our most successful fund drive ever! As
promised, tonight’s show will be heavy on the music and light on the
chit chat. If your looking for some great dancefloor biz, there are a
couple of great parties coming up at the end of the month. First off
join Aki, John Kong, DJ Nav and myself for Movement on November 26th. As
usual we’ll be throwing down the finest funk, jazz and disco goodness.
It all happens at Roxy Blu(12 Brant St). The night after on November
27th, join DJ Stu, General Eclectic and myself for the next Footprints
party at the Rivoli(332 Queen St west). This month we have a special
spotlight on all things latin including boogaloos, descargas and mambos
along with our usual mix of funk, jazz soul etc. Both parties will be
off the chain so please join us! Until next week, keep your feet firmly
planted on that Higher Ground! JP
