Sorry for the late updates! We're expanding our record shop(Play De
Record) and I've been absolutely swamped! Lots of great stuff going on
however, so let's get down to it. First off I've got to mention the
Foootprints New Year's Eve Bash is almost upon us, so if you're looking
for an amazing party at a low price, come and join DJ Stu General
Eclectic and myself. Tickets are only 15 dollars in advance and are now
available at Play De Record(357 A Yonge St) and Cosmos Records (607
Queen west). It all happens upstairs at The Rivoli(332 Queen St W).
Forget the hype, let's dance and have a good time! The night before
that on December 30th, join DJ Nav, John Kong and myself for the New
Years Eve Warm Up Movement part at The Supermarket(268 Augusta. It's 5
dollars before 11 and you can expect the best eclectic dance music in
the city! Lastly, if you haven't already emailed me your top 3 Higher
Ground picks of 2005, please do so. As always, the listeners choice
will be played right before our top 5 of the year(provided it's not in
the top five). The best of 2005 shows fall on January 5th and 13th
2006, so mark down that date! Until next week, keep your feet firmly
planted on that Higher Ground! JP
