[acid-jazz] Tonight: FreeFall #290 - Shakeyface mix tonight

From: David Bassin <bassyd_at_pacbell.net>
Date: Mon, 27 Feb 2006 22:57:11 -0800

Sooooo tired.....I'm working off three hours sleep following a
writing marathon and desperately trying to finish this letter, so I
can stumble off to dreamland....so here's the deal:

We have a 30 minute mix from Shakeyface to play tonight and a quick
skim leads me to believe that he's included at least a couple of
tracks from his new album, Bicycle Day Boogaloo. To fill out the rest
of the program, we'll play some more of the new Cassandra Wilson,
William Orbit and Herb Alpert albums, along with newness from Pat
Martino, Caroline, Jah Wobble, Marconi Union, Nine Horses (feat.
David Sylvian and Burnt Friedman), Fink, Cecilia Stalin, Azymuth and
mo'......I hope you'll join me!

Ciao for now,
David

PS: last week's In The Soul Kitchen is up and available on the
