While I certainly agree that "Fingers" has made way too many posts for one
day, or even one month, and that his posts have become increasingly
offensive and defensive, I think I do understand one thing he said and feel
that he has a point--read on:

What fingers seems to see in AJ as being a simple formula is the fact that
much of the music recommended on this list does use a simple 1, 2, or 3
chord progression that repeats itself from the beginning to the end of a
song without ever changing...traditional jazz mixxes it up more by adding
interludes and having longer chord progressions...so what! No need for
anyone to be INSULTED!

If that is insulting to an acid jazzer, then go back to traditional jazz or
use more chords in your music! Or better yet , KEEP DOING WHAT YOU'RE
DOING, but don't worry about some guy (fingers) who is new to the list
anyway. I just don't see what the big deal is!

Fingers, keep listening...maybe you'll hear more than just the chord
progressions next time!

P.S. I'm not trying to piss anyone off. Just trying to restore the PEACE
here at AJ
