Is anyone else on this list into LKJ?  I have a few of his records from the 
eighties and they are great dub poetry.  I would say that LKJ would have to be 
the best rapper I've heard out of England, although I really like the guy (not 
Tricky) who raps on Massive Attack's "Blue Lines."  Most of the time I find 
that unless it is dancehall style rapping I just get annoyed at Brit rappers.
