Hiya,

yep, the label of Karma is Mind The Gap, it's a sublabel of Groove
Attack, located at Cologne, Germany.
Karma consists of Lars Vegas, quite active DJ for mostly Drum&Bassish
tunes and during the daylight manager of Groove Attack's recordstore,
and Tom Dams, who brought their ideas to a listenable form.

They released two 12"es yet, the first one carries "Highpriestess",
(which got very good reviews e.g. at some UK-mags) besides "the best has
yet to come" and my favourite "tu carino". These tunes are difficult
to classify for me. They got brazilian flavour in them. It was
released last summer. (GAP00081)

The second 12" was released this April and carries "sutra" and "look up
dere" (+ a rmx by Nico from London's No U-Turn). This one is more on
the drum&bass-side. It made it to some charts yet, e.g. the "black
music single charts" and the "german soul charts" (although it's
neither black nor soul ...). (GAP00201)

Both "highpriestess" and "look up dere" (original mix) can also be
found on the "mind the gap"-compilation. (GAP00161/2)

And a new one is just being recorded. It will be called
"Doppelgaenger", is recorded in London and Cologne by Lars, Tome and
Nico and makes use of the taxidriver-theme. It will be released next
month.
