Last night, I was listening to the Beeb (BBC World Service) and who should
be on but Donna Gardea (sp?) and Jules Brooks of Raw Stylus. Raw Stylus were
described as a nine piece Live Funk Soul Dance band. The new album was
going to be released on March 6th. They did an accoustic version of the
first single "Pushing Against the Flow" (already out). It sounded pretty
good! They mentioned the upcoming tour; 24 dates, Europe and winding up in
Tokyo. No mention of the States :-(
