Hmm... Well... StEtienne has never used this sample as far as I know. I had
a quick listen through and couldnt find it.... so I guess the 500 bucks question
cant be answered by me... So then I move on to the big bucks :) ... The original
sample is from Isaac Hayes excellent (but REAL strange song) Ikes Mood. In fact
the whole song One love is more or less what could be considered a rework of this
Isaac Hayes song (listen to it and youll see what I mean). At large the whol Bluelines
album is an excellent example of old soul can be reused in a creative manner..
In short -Massive Attack rocks....

I dont know about the title track for sure, but an other excellent example (or even sample)
is the drums on Five man army wich is from Al Greens Im glad your Mine (on Im still in Love
with you).

AND THEY DID IT AGAIN!!!!! THE CHEMICAL BROTHERS RULE!!!!! To nights in a row they
have been spinning the most awsome sounds here in Stockholm. The result is that I am
now a non-hearing person who cant speak to well (sour throat) and tired with a severe
hangover and loads of work to catch up on..... but what the heck... it was sure worth it...
They sure know what music makes a man move :)
