Can't stop the roller-coaster, just ride the rhythms and keep listening.
Music, sometimes it's like being lost in an alien landscape without a map;
its one of life's simple pleasures, but there seems to be a conspiracy of
confusion and complexity. New styles, hybrids, different tangents, a
truck load of terminology and jargon, but believe me you don't need the
lexicon of the terminally hip to enjoy it. As dance music has fractured
into all these kaleidoscopic variations maybe it's best to just get into
the trip and appreciate these exciting times. There's some stunning music
being made as we approach a pivotal point in history, but who will make
the music for the next age? Out of the melting pot of tradition and
modernity the new breed is forged, some strange alchemy fusing history and
the future, opening new doors without slamming those behind -- running a
thread through it all to create the ultimate patchwork, as if music might
now achieve what Einstein couldn't, a grand unification of theory, some
soulful sonic science.

"For as long as hope remains and meaning is preserved, the possibility of
overcoming oppression stays alive. The self-fulfilling prophesy of the
nihilistic threat is that without hope there can be no future, that
without meaning there can be no struggle."
