I think Unconditional Love is on the first Explorations LP on Ubiquity.
I peeped the Ubiquity web site to confirm this but the track listing for
this song is missing on all the Exploration LPs I checked there. The
record is at home but I'm pretty sure it's the first one.

The rest of Jacksoul's CD Absolute as reoprted is excellent chilled out
soul.
Currently my favorite track of the project 'Eastbound' is in rotation on
Muchmusic (Canada's music video network). In that tune Hey-D asserts that
he's into his own groove and not trying to fit into or bite any specific
style as seen in the lyrics: 'it ain't about no acid jazz'.

Speaking of Ubiquity, Bobby Matos' new one 'Footprints' got a great review
in one of our local entertainment guides although 'acid jazz' as a
genre gets deep sixed-

acid-jazz: the music that dare not speak its name

rename the list suggestion: The List Formerly Known As The Acid Jazz List
;)
