Salut,

I just came back from a week end in Paris, had really little time to
check out things, but yes, things are still happening; just had the
time to see some records in a shop:
- a comp on yellow, forgot the title but some of you around
here must know it already (featuring tracks by Dimitri from Paris and
Louise Vertigo), and the title is reminiscent of "la yellow 357"...
- still on yellow productions, Space Funk Project vol 2, by
Bob Sinclar (who should be Chris the French kiss, actually): another
very tasteful pair of house/disco tracks, with a sexy cover:)...
- to answer Dino, versatile 3 is Zend Avesta's EP, 4 and 5 are
by I:Cube and Gilb R (featuring a Laurent Garnier remix)... haven't
listened to them though
- source lab 3 is outm it's made of two LPs, namely source lab
3 x and source lab 3 y (a bit like headz 2 A and B)
- still did'nt see Solaar's new LP around...

haven't posted for a while, so i just wanted to say that the
jamiroquai/stevie wonder thread made me smile a lot, and i was just
regretting i was not on the side of Keiraquai, as she seems to be such
a nice and funny person!:)... and about Jeru and da bitches.. well
this one is'nt over yet and i don't want to throw oil on the fire
(direct translation of a french phrase, i wonder how that's said in
english)...

and a last question: anyone know of (good) covers of Jaco Pastorius'
"The Chicken"?

Daniel
