I have it and it's excellent. It focuses more on 80s style music (think
Expose meets Thomas Dolby), and focuses less on the 60s and bossa nova, but
it's still super loungey and a quality cd throughout. You can certainly
tell it still Towa Tei. The Japanese version came with and additional
cd-rom that contains 2 extra tracks (a bossa nova version on the Hall and
Oat's tune "Private Eye's" and a tune remixed by Q-Tip). It also came with
a font called German Bold Italic. I have heard nothing about a US release
date.

Anyone heard is other recent release under the alias "Sweet Robots Against
The Time Machine"? I've been searching for it for a couple of months, but
have had no luck. I'm starting to wonder if it's worth my time and energy.
