Now is the time that people start to make plans for their holidays,
making sure to see all their freinds on coworkers out for a bit of
celebrating and drinking and dancing and all that other yuletide
stuff. Here's our contribution to your calander. I hope it helps.

*** Wednesday December, 10th ********************************************

*** DJ YELLOW, CHRIS the FRENCH KISS and THE MIGHTY BOP***

From the same label that houses DJs like DJ Cam, Julius Papp,
Luoise Vertigo and Dimitri from Paris comes three DJs able to rock
a dancefloor with a single rotation of flat wax; Giant Step presents,
all the way from Paris, France, and Yellow Productions; DJs Yellow,
Mighty Bop and Chris the French Kiss.
The lady killer, Chris the French Kiss, is almost smoother on the
wheels than he is with the women, with his work on Yellow compilations
such as La Yellow 357 and the La Yellow Collection.
Known as instrumental hip-hop's best kept secret, the Mighty Bop use
the paths set by greats like Premier , MC Solaar and Kenny Dope to present
upbeat dance beats with the bass drops of house and samples from the most
avant-guard jazz musicians.
Keeping the beats on the uptempo and of the house persuasion, DJ Yellow
comes through with high engergy sets strategicly set for the dance floor.
Come out for a night kicking off a series of dance floor dates
highlighting the best of the DJ industry with your hosts Giant Step and
Nahila from the slammin' weekly party "Problem Child".

GIANT STEP AND LEVI'S BRING YOU #4/12
Direct from the UK
BACK BY OVERWHELMING DEMAND
F A I T H L E S S
+ Special guest dj - SISTER BLISS
Saturday, December 13th, Œ97 @ IRVING PLAZA

The first time in town they pushed to the stage, through a shoulder
to shoulder crowd clamoring for a touch of England's latest music
sensation. The ten piece strong FAITHLESS did not dissapoint, as they
stormed through a ninety minute FULL ON set, complete with two encores,
to an overcapacity crowd of delighted fans.

Many who had come out just to hear the hits like SALVA MEA and the
super catchy INSOMNIA, were blown away by the full Live show with full
ensemble headed up by the multi talented Sister Bliss, Maxi Jazz and
Jamie Catto. See and hear for yourself on December 13.

FAITHLESS hit the charts in Europe with the release of "Salva Mea (Save Me)"
and rocked the dance floors WORLWIDE with the pumping Armand Van Helden
remixes of "Insomnia", both off their powerful debut album "Reverence"
( Arista Records). Their album is generally found under pop/dance, but
don't let that underestimate the diversity of sounds they bring -
³Hearing REVERENCE for the first time is like suddenly having 30 years
of popular music explode in your face...² MELODY MAKER

The perfect combination of founders, Rollo and Sister Bliss, both
established and respected DJ/Producers, sets the ground for a style of
dance music with an emphasis on the emotions and energy of the crowd. Stir
in the earthy voicings and lyrical skills of Jamie Cotto, and the positive
energy and vibes of Buddhist rapper/poet Maxi Jazz and they ³ will blow your
socks off - an astonishing achievement² ALBUM OF THE MONTH MUZIK MAG -
ambient dreamscapes to hard hitting house tracks to urgent dance rhythms
to cooled out dub.

The transformation from LP to the Live stage is seamless, dynamic and
natural. ³The beats are like rolling thunder, the pace is distinctly down
tempo, the melodies are sweet²- NEW MUSIC EXPRESS. ³ Sounds like everything
and nothing you¹ve heard before² ID

Following the live set catch Sister Bliss on the one 'n' twos, keeping
the night firmly on the dance floor -it is SATURDAY NIGHT after all! - DON¹T
SLEEP - CAUSE FAITHLESS ARE BACK FOR what's sure to be another SELL OUT show!
