I e-mail James (who was putting this together) every few months, and am
told each time that it is still happening. I think last I heard he was
waiting for liner notes and artwork.
But, things have changed a lot since the last public mention of it
(about a year ago, I think). People have come and gone, and probably
most people now on the list have never heard about it.
I hope it does happen, though.
