1. Musicians are sending me tapes or CDs so I can literally sit at home
duplicating a master tape of all submissions and send a copy back to all
musicians. This tape will only be used for voting purposes, so, everyone
else, please do not send me a mail asking me for a copy. The deadline for
submission is March 10 and the vote will take place as soon as I can copy 20
or so 120-minute tapes after that date and get them to the post office.
2. WE NEED A GRAPHICS COORDINATOR. We will need a CD sleeve, a logo for the
title (TBD although IMHO the last one was good - "World Wide Grooves") and a
web site.
3. I am suggesting that we deal with the logistics of financing and some of
the larger issues until after the vote. It doesn't really seem like a public
discussion topic, and it is dependent upon the quality of the music. If
anyone has any suggestions in the meantime, please send me mail.
4. If anyone thinks we're overlooking anything else, please voice your ideas
immediately.
