They are a sextet (septet?) based in Los Angeles. Their name is a reference
to "The Fantastic Five" and
old school (i.e. "Jurassic" = old).
Two of them are producers and the rest are MCs. Among the producers is the
world-famous Cut Chemist (also of Ozomatli and DJ in his own right) and one
of the MCs is
Chali Tuna (also a part-time Ozomatli member). I haven't heard that much of
their material, but what I've heard is dope beyond belief.
