doing a "Deep Concentration" party in L.A. this Friday, July 4th at
Pedros Bar and Grill @ 1739 N. Vermont Ave. in Hollywood this
Friday....9pm - 3am.
Should be a slammer!!! Also go check out the recent release on OM
Records - double CD/CD-Rom and double vinyl collection of
instrumental/experimental hip-hop, "Deep Concentration, The Future of
Experimental Hip-Hop". Vinyl will be hard to find - it's almost sold
out. CDs are still available.
BTW - I put it together with the help of Jazzbo and the rest of the OM
Crew.
It's pretty dope. I know for a fact that Ollie Teeba from the
Herbaliser, DJ Shadow, Q-Bert, Premier, Kid Koala, Gilles Peterson, Ben
Wilcox, Ross Allen, Rob Playford, Kruder & Dorfmeister and Cam have all
been spinning it at various gigs.....
