Hello everybody. Erik from the list (erik@bossanova.com) was kind enough
to dub for me his Marshall McLuhan 1967 lecture-weirdo record "The medium
is the message". On a similar vein, another friend let me borrow his
Jello Biafra (of the Dead Kennedies fame) CD "I blow minds for a living".
BTW, Coldcut use one of his tracks on their JDJ mixed CD (track number
30) were he goes:

"We interrupt this message to bring you this. The United States
is now under martial law...SHUT UP! BE HAPPY..."

At any rate, I think this type of stuff is awesome to throw in the mix.
I like to mix bits and pieces of George Carlin's "Class Clown" (1972)
every now and then in sets. Does anybody know where I can find spoken
word/comedy/sound effects/misc type of records on the net or mail order?
Also, does anybody know how to contact Alternative Tentacles Records or
Biafra himself? Thanks for your time...

Peace,

Pedro Cevallos
