The prices are the same all over England, I used to live in Plymouth too.
Unless you can manage to wait a few months and try out a second hand CD
shop, you might be lucky and be able to pick up a copy of Sneaker Pimps
then for about a tenner!

I live in Plymouth England now and I'm quite curios...the CD's here cost
