Maybe in my effort to keep the hardcore stuff brief i wasn't clear. When
i said as a hardcore band they're bad i wasn't referring to them now, i
was referring to them when they actually were just a hardcore band. Yes,
i'm choosing to be judgemental, but as far as hardcore goes they were
pretty bad and re-issueing that stuff is kind of silly. I must say
though i was a bit harsh considering we're talking about 80-83' and they
were just kids. But if i ever begin to actually make the music i spin
the last thing i'm going to do is release a song on a demo from when i
was in a hardcore band when i was 16... (it sucked!!) I absolutely agree
with you about working with the music you are rooted in and having the
hardcore coming through in the stuff they do now. I totally dig
everything they do....
