Someone will probably beat me to it but I was just listening to this one a
coupla minutes ago. It's one of my favorites and I've said that here
before. Big City Lover is on DJ Krush's self-titled album (Shadow). As I
was listening through this time after letting it sit for a while, I really
enjoyed the track, On the Dub-ble. Nothing really special as far as the
composition. Just a Miles-like trumpet with a nice rhythm section. Sort of
one of those empty street, late at night, kinda melancholy moods. Sorta
makes you wanta take your clothes off. Know what I mean?
