melted wax solutions?

I can help you out with the wax....one halloween I went out as Vinyl man
after making a suit of vinyl armor from old melted lame 12"'s. It was a
difficult costume to make but I did have fun with the melting process.
I put it way up around 350-400 and I think you have to go alot higher to
melt it to say like liquid -Id say beyond the heading point of most
ovens. Now a kiln (spelling) would do some serious damage.

The two pieces of glass works if you put some books on the top of it
while the wax is still warm. It wont be perfectly straight but then who
is anyway???
