Well, alt.rave is a newsgroup so I don't think there's a site on the
web, but there are probably billions of rave/techno-related sites around
so maybe posting a message on alt.rave may provide you with info about a
'real' rave-mailing list/www-site. I haven't read the messages on
alt.rave for ages now but I seem to remember that there were lots of
informative posts there
