BTW, 'Nobukazu' Takemura is most likely a man unless it's a pseudonym or an
alternate pronunciation of the kanji, but I'd have to see the Chinese
characters of the person's name to know for sure though.

This is (at least) the second mention of this woman's album <-- what label
is it on? Domestic in North America? Having heard only one gorgeous piece
by her (on the "Island Outpost" comp thru Quango/Island), I've gotta track
this down.
