Rakim's album cancelled again (Let's lynch some bootleggers!)

I just heard from a friend who got back from New York that Rakim's new and
long awaited album won't be released in the near future as scheduled.

Man, I have to say I'm getting a bit tired of this! I don't know for a fact
that this cancellation was due to bootleggers, but it sure was last time
around! I'm a bit ashamed to say that I actually bought the last bootleg
"The Rakim unreleased studio session" with amazing tracks like "Remember
that" and "Various shades of black". Back then I was thinking - "Shit, if I
don't get it now I'll never see it again, and they keep cancelling the
album, so what the hell".

Well now I've come to my senses and I urge you to avoid those bootlegs even
if it is very tempting to get the fatest tracks long before every one else.
But (and a big old BUT) these guys are killing the scene and ruining the
artists.

Now I guess you're all saying - "Gee, this guy's really clever to have
figured this out all by himself!", but the problem is that everone knows
about it and that it's hurting the scene but no one seems to care!

Think about it...
