theme from "to kill a dead man" could be "Randall & Hopkirk Deceased"

I'm going to go way out on a limb here...

Seems that something from my childhood watching British tv spy, cop drama
programmes Dangerman, The Avengers, The Saint, Department S etc is suggesting
that this short film by Portishead could have taken it's title from an
episode of the great tv show "Randall and Hopkirk Deceased". I could be way
off target but this has been bugging me since day one. Any offers?

Yours, in error.
