Wow! I haven't heard of this show for over 25 years! But it's remembered as
my fave from my childhood days.

Can't answer the question, though, but 'To Kill a Dead Man' always reminded
me of those old British detective shows, and if any of 'em was going to
have that title, Randall & Hopkirk Deceased would be the pick of the bunch.
