Dear List: Finally had enough cash left from buying old beats to buy
something new. Alpha on melankolic(massives label). Verdict: as I said
earlier they may be where all this smooth smoky stuff finally leads:
lounge music with Bass. The sample Burt Bahrach and people perfoming
Burt Bacharach. There are some good tunes here but this is a little soft
beatwise. here is one track that sounds like maddonna doing a distortd
voice thing likeBeth of P. I do like it but i really felt as though
my hip hop journey has finally led me to lounge /Esquivel scene. I
definitely do not see myself smoking ciggies and digging Tony Bennet.
Not that thisstuff s that far gone but its getting to there . The next
group influence by them will actually go there.
