Its on the herbaliser's "the flawed hiphop ep" (zen 1246) which was
released right after Blow Your Headphones. The sleeve has this shape
that you can remove so that it ends up as a stencil, just that makes is
worth getting :)

40 winks sounds ALOT like vadim... it could easily have been on USSR
Repertoire... laidback, eerie and sorta abstract. In other words, it has
more of a vadim sound than the usual herbaliser sound.
