Hi,

Vadim is all too correct. It is downright commercial piece of trash. I am
slightly embarrassed that I stock this in my shop. People come in to buy this
by the loads (I ordered because people kept asking for it before the release,
don't believe the hype!!!), but I always ask them whether they ever listened
to UNKLE or MoWax label or anything slightly more original.

Answers after listening at the shop:
a)Doesn't appear to be as "sound"-pardon the pun-as their old stuff with Tim
Goldsworthy, but I will get it anyway.
b)Never heard of him but I will buy it anyway, cos the magazines rave on
about Futura2000, Ape, and the packaging, and it is limited edition!! Great
;p
c)Yes I collect MoWax (never mentioning the album)
d)Doesn't sound like Shadow's best .
e)Getting it for COOL factor.
f)I am getting it cos it has those other artists as guests.
g)What is it? I keep seeing this everywhere.
h)Shall I get the "Japanese Limited Edition Version With Two Extra Tracks"or
the "Limited Edition UK Version".
i) I will get both, cos both have different artwork and packaging.

People are too scared to say it is crap. Too much hype goin on. Think, why
spend so much money recording this album. If it was dope with ideas, then it
will have a strong backbone and good foundation. Not money. None of the local
papers here have given it a decent honest review. Like-"Lets sit on the fence
and don't rock it man. No one else has."

The novelty and stardom of all this seems to be the concentration rather than
the actual music. That is why so much money has been spent on the wrong thing
to give it any honest credit. No one ever talked about IDEAS musically in
this whole review biz. It has always been the line-up of so-called talent
that appears on this album.

Shame. Shame.

Cal.

PS. No I will not do a review. Use your ears and judge for yourself.
