Control will never shake the Cypress Tag off,,,though they are the breaking
point in Mexico's hip-hop scene, it does lack originality .........on the
other hand Plastilina and Titan can be looked at as the inovative/creative
musical proposals for a country that it's musical scene is comercially
controled by major labels/tv networks.
Titan's first album may not have a great production behind it ,,,but It
definately stands on the creative side......
You would want to check out Rosso's (Plastilina Mosh)new project Panorama
with a female vocalist.......nice smooth-trip/hop act, only to be released
in the States......
There are some new Drum n' Bass acts, one sure to be worth looking at is
Nortech out of TJ (Bostich guys I think),,it's DnB meets Tambora (folk
northwestern music),,,,,
