Bought this record too, but I gotta admit I'm having trouble grasping
the concept of it. Hearing all those familiar samples recycled feels
kinda weird sometimes. Don't get me wrong, there are some very nice
tracks.. but what's the point in, say, taking Puccio Roelens' "Peggy", a
tune vibrating with energy, killing all the funk in it and turning it
into mechanical, monotonous "Very Leggy"?

I feel this is different from Konishi, who also recycles music, but in
his hands it always turns into something new and exciting. Then again, I
love Konishi's work, but I've never been able to "figure it out" either.
Perhaps we're not supposed to :)
