Hi there!
First of all I must say that I don't like those broadcasts called "The
Best of the Year"! I think they're boring and reveal a big lack of
imagination. But this year I was challenged to do one of those shows.
My first reaction was to decline but I had a big problem: I can't say
"No" the guy who challenged me.
Since I'm a statistics fan I keep records of all tracks played on the
show since its beginning. I asked my database for a list of all the
tunes played in 1998. I found myself starring at a list containing 227
tracks, trying to figure out a Top 22. As I already knew, this task was
impossible to accomplish. Horas Funktásticas are made according to the
likes of its show host. Everything that plays here reflects my musical
tastes.
So I sort the list by the number of times each tune played and I was
able to get a complete listing of 1998's Most Played Tunes. I picked up
the first 22 tracks and, with them, I made 1999 first playlist. I do
hope
you enjoy it as much as I enjoyed playing them through last year.
