This might be Wyclef's "Gone 'til November." I think he's floating around in
white in the video. He's got dreads, too. I don't remember a Mona Lisa
sample, though. I don't know all of the lyrics either. I'm not even sure of
the title of the song. Hell, what am I talking about this fool for?!? :)

Perhaps it was Fugees....they took a little of Mona Lisa for their track
`nappy heads' (it was nappy heads and not boof baf wasnt it???)
