hi folks...
anyone got any info on Tom and Joyce they can share with the list? the
remix of their track "Vai Minha Tristeza" on the Body and Soul v2 comp is
one of those beautiful housey things that can just bounce around inside
your head for days. is this the same track that appears on Truby's
Gluktich 3 (sp?) comp? what else have they done that I might be able to get
my hands on?
And, anyone got any ideas where I might be able to find a copy of the
recent Theo Parrish 12" called "Summertime is here" on Sound Signature
label? One of the more profound things I've heard recently (also care of
the Gilles P worldwide show ...) ... beautiful downtempo sun ra inflected
jam that stretches out for more than 10mins. Only place I've found it so
far wants to charge exhorbitant mailing rates, so I'm looking for an
alternative ....(damn ... if dustygroove.com can ship an LP to Australia
for US$7-8, how come most others wanna charge US$17???!!)
