    this is from a blaxploitation soundtrack ... maybe The Mack? ... but the
    artist escapes me now. I'm sure it's shown up on a few of those
    blaxploitation comps that are floating around everywhere.

    ... I can't recommend highly enough the comp of Larry Levan's mixes that is
    recently out on West End (with the stupidly long title "Larry Levan's West
    End mixes made famous at the Legendeary Paradise Garage"!!). Funky funky
    funky .... lots of great 9 min mixes of some excellent disco cuts. Taana
    Gardner's "Work that Body" is rocking my world at the moment, seriously.
    Ah, for the days when all dance music wasn't quantized ... some of this
    shit is raw, but that's what makes it great!
